TokenFlow (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a macOS menu bar application that monitors your AI tool usage and costs. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Local Data (Stored on Your Device Only)

The following data is collected and stored exclusively on your device. We never transmit this data to our servers.

• AI provider usage data (token counts, request counts, costs)
• API keys and credentials you configure in the app
• App preferences and settings
• Usage history and session data

2.2 Leaderboard Data (Optional, Opt-in Only)

If you choose to participate in the leaderboard feature, the following data is shared:

• GitHub username (via GitHub OAuth)
• Aggregated token usage statistics (no raw content or prompts)
• Total cost estimates

⚠️ Leaderboard participation is entirely opt-in. You can withdraw at any time from the app settings.
